Just like food, water and shelter, clothing is one of man’s basic needs. But once the simple need has been satisfied, yet another craving- this time from human nature- kicks in: the need to be noticed, appreciated and well, envied. So, how does one dress p to be noticed? Well, aside from the usual glamour lent by extra expensive shoes and clothes, here are some basic and general rules:

Play the color game. This is the most simple yet very, very effective way to get noticed because of your garb. You could color code yourself, wearing an all black attire always lends an aura of mystery and sophistication to your person an all white get-up makes you stand out and look very relaxed, clean and refreshing. You could also get noticed by breaking that color code, for example put on a black tee with black jeans but wear your immaculately white sneakers and bright red leather bag.

Accentuate. This is synonymous to Accessorize. This may be a colorful scarf folded into a cute belt to break the monotony of a plain top. Classic choices include: bangles, chokers, earrings, leather bags and belts, a classy wristwatch or the latest from RayBan. Careful not to overdo it though, you would not want to stand out like a sore thumb, if you get my rift.

Class. This is the most effective way. Make sure you carefully choose the outfits that you wear, no matter how simple or casual the occasion. Always wear an air of confidence and put on a ready smile.
